So, I decided to start a new blog that I just put my projects on. I went private with my other blog, as I started getting strange comments from people I didn't know, and I was uncomfortable having random people look inside my life, and the life of my husband and kids. Now, I will be able to share what I do with others, and not worry how it affects my kids. I named it restlessrisa, as I always feel like I need to be doing something. Here goes...

seriously, risa... get the kids happily settled into all day school next year and you are gonna go back to school and get your interior design degree! you have so much talent. get paid for what you love to do!! :)

Thank you for your thoughts on my blog about our little angels. I am so sorry for your recent loss. That first year was the hardest. It's funny, just like you put your energy into your sons room, that's what I did with my little girls room. I started it at the same time of year we found out we were expecting, so about 4 months after she was born. I too needed to throw all of my energy into something. I've always been grateful for my creative side, but after Evie I needed those talents even more. It became a way to cope, a way to grieve and a way to express my emotions.
I love that I always feel an instant connection with anyone who has gone through a similar loss. I know the means is unfortunate, but I'm always so grateful for others who understand what I've experienced.
