Free Printable Valentine - Booty Back!

My son recently had a Pirate Party, and I just couldn't resist designing these darling little Pirate Valentines. You could do all sorts of things with the printable, including Pirates booty, and pouches of gold coins. I chose to fill them with dollar store treasures. It was really not expensive at all.

This is the printable.

Here are a couple close-up shots of the booty bags.

Aren't they cute!?!

Each bag contains a necklace, a ring, plastic coins, chocolate coins, and glittery foam heart confetti from the dollar store. The bags are also from the dollar store.

Free Printable Valentine Viking

I have a little obsession with Vikings. It has been going on for a few years now. Yes, I get random obsessions. I tried to talk my oldest son into having a Viking birthday party last year, and he wouldn't do it. I am still holding out for the youngest. Fingers crossed. Can you imagine how cool and fun a Viking party would be? A party-lovin-mom can dream, right? So I have to settle for getting my Viking fix in random ways. I couldn't pass up the chance to create this cute little Free Printable Viking Valentine.

Last year, I even created this little Viking scene of my family using clipart from here - one of my favorite etsy shops. This is how I had it displayed. I love the mix of home made things, and gifts from sweet friends.

I don't decorate with red,  but it is fun to bring in in a couple times a year for holidays.
I have a few fun ideas brewing for this year, and am excited to share me new creations.
All these pictures are making me want to get my Valentine decorations out today. I think I will do that!

Here are a few close ups of the designs I created.

I had a little fun, and made multiple designs.

You can create your own personalized family holiday art, by the step by step method I share here.

So, the next thing to do, was create a Free Printable Viking Valentine. I taped a Valentine segment for Studio 5 last week, and totally forgot to take these out of my bin for the show. Shame on me! In my defense, my cute son was there helping me set up, and he was getting everything out of the bin. These were the only Valentines without a toy or something hooked to them, so they got passed by. They read, "I've taken a Viking to you."

Aren't they cute? I originally designed them to give to my mom and dad for Valentines Day, and thought they are for sure cute enough to share.

All you need is this printable:

To download, right or two-finger click on the image above. Choose, download file, and save it to your computer. Then, print from wherever you saved it. I offer these Valentine Printables free of charge, and ask they you please use them for personal use only. Thank you! You could even print and frame the picture on top, and it would make a darling decoration!

Free Printable Valentine, Tic-Tac-Toe

This Valentine was so simple and sweet, I just had to share. I was at Zurchers the other day, and found these darling little tic-tac-toe games. They were in a twelve pack for $1.99. The best part, is that each tic-tac-toe game was individually packaged in it's own plastic, and ready to go.

The symbol of hugs and kisses is, of course, X's and O's, so I thought this would be a perfect Valentine to give out, and bonus - it's non-food, and sweet and clever.

It reads, XO and tic-tac-toe"

What could be better?

This is so easy to put together. All you have to do is undo the tape on the plastic, and restick it to the back to the topper. It couldn't be more easy. These are the toppers.

To download, right or two-finger click on the image(s) above. Choose, download file, and save it to your computer. Then, print from wherever you saved it. I offer these Valentine Printables free of charge, and ask they you please use them for personal use only. Thank you!

Free Printable Valentine Toe Ring

These are the perfect Valentine for the little lady on your list, who is a little older. When I saw these toe rings, I knew they would be perfect for Valentines! They are simple, sweet, and perfect!

I used to wear a toe ring in college. It was so cute! We would go sunbathing at a lake, called Lake Palisade. I wore my toe ring at all times, including when we went to Lake Palisade. I got in the water one time, and my toe ring was gone, gone! I was so sad. These are my cute roomies, and Bill, the neighbor, who was basically a roommate. Oh, I loved college.

I never thought a thing about my missing toe ring, until my husband decided he wanted to go camping at Lake Palisade about three years ago. We loved camping there so much, that we have gone back the past three years, and are already planning a trip there this summer. I told my kids about the loss of my beloved toe ring, and now they look for it every time we go, haha.  These are some pictures of Lake Palisade from my Instagram feed.

If you get a chance to go, you should! It is so fun!

These toe rings come from Zurchers. They come in a package of 12, for $2.99, and the rings are already hooked to the foot cutout. All you need to do is print the printable below, punch a hole, and attach the foot to the card.

To download, right or two-finger click on the image above. Choose, download file, and save it to your computer. Then, print from wherever you saved it. I offer these Valentine Printables free of charge, and ask that you please use them for personal use only. Thank you!

You can get the straws at Dollar Tree 6 for $1, or you can get them here (affiliate link) if you prefer shopping from the couch. That is my style these days!

Free Valentine Printable for Older Boys - Nose Sharpener

Yesterday, I shared Free Printable Valentines for younger boys. Today, I am sharing a cool, boy humor, Valentine for older boys. My son is SO excited to pass these out. He can't stop laughing every time he picks one up. As a mom of boys, sometimes I just give in to, "boy humor." It is what is, and if it's harmless, I just go with it. You have to pick your battles with boys, especially older boys. I have to admit, I actually think these are kind of clever.

I recorded a Valentine printable segment for Studio 5 (airs Jan 27 1pm mst on KSL 5, or stream it on www.studio5.ksl.com) last week, and my son went with me to the studio. He couldn't leave these nose Valentines alone.

He wanted the picture of us to be holding the nose Valentines.

I made him take a nose free selfie with me.

They read, "This Valentines Day, I just wanted you to know, I PICK YOU."

I got the noses at Zurchers. They were $5.99 for 12. You can also find them here (affiliate link) if you prefer shopping from your couch. They are only $.19 more - you will probably save more in gas money ordering from home. They are high quality, and a good size.

Here is the free Printable Valentine sheet.

To download, right or two-finger click on the image above. Choose, download file, and save it to your computer. Then, print from wherever you saved it. I offer these Valentine Printables free of charge, and ask that you please use them for personal use only. Thank you!

So, make your older boy's Valentine dreams come true, and let him pass out these funny boy Valentines!

Free Valentine Printable for Boys

I always feel a little bad for the boys on Valentines Day. Hearts and flowers are everywhere. Love is in the air. The pressure to look cool and not feel lame, is real. It's stressful to be a boy on Valentines Day and retain your masculinity, I can just see it!

I came up with a few fun Boy Themed Valentines Printables that are free, and just oozing with manliness. These are perfect for the little man in your life who is giving out Valentines this year.

What little dude wouldn't want to pass out this, LOADS OF FUN, Free Printable Valentine?

Or this, THIS IS MY KIND OF CRUSH, Free Printable Valentine?

All you need are these printables:

If you don't want to buy the monster trucks, I have this printable as well.

To download, right or two-finger click on the image above. Choose, download file, and save it to your computer. Then, print from wherever you saved it. I offer these Valentine Printables free of charge, and ask that you please use them for personal use only. Thank you!

Clipart source: revidevi

You also need these vehicles from the dollar store.

The construction vehicles are 2 for $1 at dollar tree.

The monster trucks are 4 for $1. You can't beat that price. The best thing with these monster trucks is, you pull them back and they will go forward fast! Your little Valentine will be in heaven!

All I did was poke two holes in each card after I printed and cut it out, and thread yarn or bakers twine through, and tie a knot to secure the toy in place.

My preschooler is so excited to hand these out to his friends. Really... they are in hiding until the big day.

Unplugged Campaign and a giveaway!

I was contacted, and asked to participate in a campaign entitled, #unplugged. I don't do everything I am asked to participate in, but this one seemed worthy, and like a challenge I wanted to be a part of, and and something I wanted my family to try out.

I was sent a shirt, from Creative Expressions Inc. Isn't it cute? You can win one of your own, directions below.

I announced on Instagram and Facebook the night before, that we were going to be unplugged as a family the next day. I had visions of wearing my cute new shirt as we went sledding or snowshoeing, and doing other fun outdoor activities as a family.

But, I woke up feeling horrible!!! It was all I could do to go downstairs to get some breakfast. Why does my hair look darker when I haven't gotten ready? The unplugged shirt pics are from the next day.

I knew I wasn't going to do much of anything active with my kids, so I decided to try to do something productive from my bed. I decided to organize my recipes.

It took all the energy I had, and I am so glad I was able to sit still without any other distractions long enough to do it. This has been on my list forever! Being unplugged was a great opportunity for getting this done!

The baby started missing me, so he brought some toys in to play with me while I was in bed. Yes, that's a s'more with pickles and french fries. He is a creative cook!

I drug myself out of bed for about 20 minutes that night to play a game with everyone.

I lasted through two games, and had to get back in bed.

I kind of felt bummed, but in talking to my kids, they had a nice day without the technology, and I actually stayed off the internet the next few days, and it was a nice break! It was surprisingly easier the next day.

Okay, so, let's talk about that shirt (and the closeups of my chest - sorry, that's where the printing is)! I love it - the shirt, and love having the ability to design your own shirt with a company like Creative Expressions Inc. They offer services in embroidery, screen printing, and other promotional products. Check them out! I am thinking I might want to order a few trucker hats with a custom logo.

You can win your own #unplugged shirt!

Just enter a comment below, telling me what you would do if you were unplugged for a day. You can also get an extra entry, by following me on instagram restlessrisa_risabaker and commenting and inviting friends to follow.
